Growing up in Aiken, South Carolina, I always had an interest in art.  My time in the Navy gave me an opportunity to train as an electrician, which became my working vocation. Retirement has provided me with the opportunity and the time I needed to work with my art.

I am self-taught, buying many books and videos.  I enjoy working with oil as well as acrylics on canvas.  My favorite subject is landscapes, and relics of the past.

I am an active member with the Aiken as well as the North Augusta Artist Guilds.  I enjoy entering their shows and the other opportunities for my art to be displayed here locally.
