Mike has immersed himself into all the beauty surrounding us here in Aiken through his photographic art since he was down-sized into early retirement two years ago. He tends to capture its essence through traditional eyes, while occasionally taking artistic license, where necessary.

His images are mostly taken in Aiken's Historic District and Aiken's Horse District, but, "Beauty is anywhere you find it!
Mike enjoys people and has made many new friends in Aiken. He has become both an active member of the Aiken Artist Guild, as well as a member of its Board of Governors. Mike is also a member of the Aiken Center for the Arts, where he occasionally volunteers some of his time. He has recently donated several images to the Aiken Downtown Development Association for a limited-edition postcard fundraiser. His work can currently be seen at On Board Realty on Richland Avenue and Hobby Lobby.
